Panasonic continually explores new avenues for shaping our future lifestyles. As a member of the venture project team, our aim was to identify novel market opportunities and avenues that could effectively unite individuals within specific communi-ties across Japan. Through a meticulous digital product development process and prototype creation, we garnered invaluable insights from our target demographics, empowering the client to integrate these findings for future product expansions.

Founded in 1919, Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Company has long been a leader in over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals, quasi-drugs, air fresheners, and sanitary products. With a century of expertise, the imperative for innovation is undeniable. The primary objective of this venture project was to reposition and rejuvenate the business through product innovation while preserving its rich brand legacy. A strategically crafted new product was developed to enhance the long-term value of the corporate brand.

The ethos driving ZENZ Organic Products is to craft top-tier, health-conscious professional product lines using natural and organic ingredients, while priori-tizing environmental sustainability. In expanding its market presence from Denmark to Asia, our pri-mary aim was to assist the client in effectively positioning and communicating its distinctive brand values through visually compelling and verbally impactful design collateral.

Leveraging the expertise of craftsmen honing their techniques for over 600 years, the Sakai Ichimonji Mitsuhide brand has earned the trust of culinary maestros across generations. Recognizing the need to contemporize the brand and enhance its global visibility, the third-generation successor embarked on a journey of modernization. Our role involved re-visiting their heritage, realigning their values, and revitalizing their identity through a newly designed logo, knife packaging, and global website.
